'E' LICENSE COACH'S COURSE AVAILABLE
SSA is hosting an E License Course at their fields. Information goes as follows: Saturday, Nov. 17th 8am to 5pm and Sunday, Nov. 18th 8am to 3/4pm. Registration forms are available on NCYSA's website. Cost is $65 per coach and must be submitted with application to NCYSA. Classroom instruction will be held in the conference room located near Mod Field #1. Outdoor instruction will take place on Mod Field #1. This is a great opportunity for all our coach's not to travel far, nor worry about hotel expenses.(Nov 6, 2007)
FIELD CLOSINGS FOR ECSA TOURNAMENT
Due to weather, there are several field closings for the tournament this weekend (Oct 27-28). Currently, JASA and Swansboro (SSA) fields are closed and games will be moved to the following weekend. The New Bern fields are under caution with a final determination to be made Saturday morning. Please check with your local club representatives for the latest info. (Oct 26, 2007)

OCSA presents UNC/ WFU soccer clinics August 3rd
from 5-8pm and August 4th from 9am-12pm @ Woodland
Park(JASA Soccer Complex). Any kids ages 7-14 are
welcome to attend. Cost is $35.00 for both
sessions. Registration will be onsite. Any OCSA
players attending the team camp that week can

• There will be a USSF Soccer Referee 08 entry
level clinic at Jacksonville High School (Dave
Millers classroom). All class sessions must be
attended. Referees must be 14 yrs old by the last
day of the clinic. A pencil and black ink pen is
required, all other material will be furnished.
Payment of $60.00 will be required at the start of

HELMS SOCCER TOURNAMENT •

OCSA will be hosting the second annual Matt Helms
Soccer Tournament on Aug. 11&12th 2007. The
games will be played at the Tabernacle Complex on
Swansboro Belgrade Road. This tournament is for
Classic and Challenge teams. Applications can be
submitted online www.ocsa-nc.com.
I would appreciate it if you could pass this info
on to your teams. We will be offering single age
groups in the following divisions: U-10 Boys
through U-14 Boys and U-10 Girls through U-18
Girls. This is a great way to kick off your fall
season without the extra expense of travel and
hotels. All games will be played on beautiful
Bermuda Grass Fields.

Wilmington Hammerheads Professional Soccer Team
will be playing an exhibition soccer game against
the Mount Olive College Trojans. The exhibition

Stadium on March 27 and the game time will be
