Application Deadline is Monday, March 20th
Team
applications must be POSTMARKED by this
deadline
It is encouraged that applications
be submitted ASAP as positions may fill before
March 20th.
1.
The President of your local association MUST sign
the application before your team can be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the local associations
to make sure that all teams have access to this
application and that the teams are in good
standing. (Forms without the Association
President's signature will NOT be accepted and will
be returned).
2.
Contact your association registrar to begin the
registration process.
3.
Applications available at www.ncsoccer.org
, click "STATE CUPS", then click "SPRING NCYSA
CHALLENGE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS".
Fees
The
team entry fee for the Spring 2006 Challenge
State Cup for U10 through U12 is $400, and the
entry fee for U13 and older teams is $450. This
entry fee is required of each team and must
accompany the Tournament Entry/Application Form
submitted by each team. Entry fees are
NON-REFUNDABLE. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
Team check, association check, money order or
certified checks are the only acceptable methods
of payment. Make checks payable to NCYSA.
Withdrawal
From The Cup
Once
the application deadline has passed the entry
fee is non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams that
withdraw after the preliminary schedule is
posted will be fined $1600.
