 GENERAL
INFORMATION:
The
Eastern Carolina Soccer Association (ECSA) is
offering space on their website
(www.ecsa-nc.com) for site sponsors.
This
site receives well over 100 hits per day (closer to
200/day during the peak of the 2 soccer seasons)
and is an important information source for soccer
in eastern North Carolina.
The
purpose of sponsorship is to off-set the costs
associated with running the ECSA website and
overhead costs associated with processing schedule
and score information.
- Sponsors
can create or have created a logo or other gif
image to be placed on the "ECSA Home
Page". This image will be linked to the
sponsor's own web page or to a web page located
at the ECSA site. If the image/logo
is linked to a web page on the ECSA site, all
content (text and graphics) will be provided by
the sponsor and must be approved by the ECSA.
The image/logo on the "ECSA Home Page" will not
exceed 220 X 100 pixels in size. Example of
maximum size:
- Sponsors
will submit a request to be a sponsor and this
request will be approved by the ECSA Board of
Directors.
- Sponsorship
will be approved for only those businesses that
support the principles, moral and ethical
beliefs of the Eastern Carolina Soccer
Association in the guidance of children and
youth soccer programs.
SPONSORSHIP
DURATION & COSTS:
- 6
MONTH PLAN: Sponsorship will cover a six (6)
month period; [1 January - 30 June] or
[1 July - 31 December]. The cost is $100
per sponsorship per six-month period. This
fee must be paid in advance, prior to any work
being done. Checks will be made to
"Eastern Carolina Soccer
Association".
- 1
YEAR PLAN: Sponsorship will cover a one (1)
year period; [1 January - 31 December]
or [1 July - 30 June]. The cost is $175
per sponsorship per one-year period. This
fee must be paid in advance, prior to any work
being done. Checks will be made to
"Eastern Carolina Soccer
Association".
- 15
days prior to the end of the sponsorship period
a notification will be sent to the sponsor
concerning the expiration of the
sponsorship period.
PROCEDURE
TO REQUEST SPONSORSHIP:
- Contact
ecsasoccer@ecsa-nc.com
to request sponsorship.
- After
review by the ECSA Board of Directors,
notification will be given as to the status of
the sponsorship request.
- If
the request is approved, any graphic images,
text, or information for constructing the web
page will be provided to the ECSA Webmaster and
the ECSA Vice President.
- Finalization
of the sponsor page will be completed and the
images, page, and/or links will be posted to the
ECSA web site.
