All
Challenge coaches / team managers please read
this information pertaining to player passes.
PLAYER PASSES ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL CHALLENGE
MATCHES. The following guidance clarifies the
key role referees are expected to take in
enforcing this NCYSA rule:
"Letters
from the president of the association or league,
from the coach or team manager of the team, or
ANY written document purporting to allow a
player to play without a pass is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
NCSRA officials are to enforce this regulation
regardless of what the coach, team manager or
president explains at the field. If there are
any questions or complaints, please refer them
to the NCASA or NCYSA State
Office."
Thank
you.

COACHES LICENSING INFORMATION:
Youth
- The Youth Modules were designed to provide the
most current information on the growth and
development of the youth soccer player. It
takes the approach that the game is within the
child. The three Youth Modules concentrate
on developmentally appropriate activities that
help the child develop mentally, socially, and
physically. By developing these activities, we
are allowing the game to be the teacher while
providing a fun, organized, training session
without too much stress on the coach. The three
modules break down as follows:
I: U6-U8 level players
II: U8-U10 level players
III: U10-U12 level players.

to build on the player's technical training by
applying tactical concepts within game

and play during the course.

the player's technical application to the
demands of the game, as well as expand the
