MISSION
To develop, foster and encourage cooperation and
program support between local youth
soccer clubs and organizations. To
provide youth soccer program oversight
and management assistance.

VISION
To establish a cooperative organization of soccer
clubs, working together to promote the
development of youth soccer programs in the
eastern North Carolina area.
WHAT
